Treating AI like a chatbot, AKA you ask a question → it gives an answer is only scraching the surface. Underneath, modern AI agents are running continuous feedback loops - constantly perceiving, reasoning, acting, and learning to get smarter with every cycle. Here’s a simple way to visualize what’s really happening 👇 1. Perception Loop – The agent collects data from its environment, filters noise, and builds real-time situational awareness. 2. Reasoning Loop – It processes context, forms logical hypotheses, and decides what needs to be done. 3. Action Loop – It executes those plans using tools, APIs, or other agents, then validates outcomes. 4. Reflection Loop – After every action, it reviews what worked (and what didn’t) to improve future reasoning. 5. Learning Loop – This is where it gets powerful, the model retrains itself based on new knowledge, feedback, and data patterns. 6. Feedback Loop – It uses human and system feedback to refine outputs and improve alignment with goals. 7. Memory Loop – Stores and retrieves both short-term and long-term context to maintain continuity. 8. Collaboration Loop – Multiple agents coordinate, negotiate, and execute tasks together, almost like a digital team. These loops are what make AI agents more human-like while reasoning and self-improveming. Leveraging these loops moves AI systems from “prompt and reply” to “observe, reason, act, reflect, and learn.” #AIAgents

Recruiters aren’t mind readers. If you’re looking for clairvoyance, go talk to that astrologer who reads horoscopes for weddings. 🔮 Every stalled hiring drive boils down to one thing--- 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬. “𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐭” 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤. That’s what you say when your jeans don’t button after Diwali sweets. 😏 If you want better candidates, give something we can actually work with. Here’s what works: ✅Decide — are you keeping or cutting the candidate? ✅Give three real reasons why. ✅Call out the must-have that was missing. ✅Mention one thing that pleasantly surprised you. Do that within 24 hours, and we’ll sharpen the search faster, Skip that, and you’ll keep seeing the same profiles on repeat Meanwhile, your competitors already closed the role. And the candidate? They’ve already figured out your process is more confusing than Indian traffic rules. 🚗💥 Candidates can sniff disorganization faster than you can say “𝑾𝒆’𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒊𝒈 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚.” Which, let’s be honest, usually means there’s at least one family drama playing out daily. 😅 No clear feedback means no progress. Bring clarity and we will bring top performers #TalentAcquisition #FeedbackMatters #HiringManagers #CandidateExperience

Incorporating constructive feedback into your interviews is not just an innovative tactic; it's a proven strategy that leading firms are using to transform their recruitment processes. Why? Enhanced Candidate Engagement: According to a survey by Gallup, candidates who receive constructive feedback during interviews are 43% more likely to be engaged during the hiring process. This active engagement translates to better candidate fit, stronger performance and higher offer acceptance rates. Resilience and Adaptability Insights: Studies from the Journal of Business Psychology show that candidates' responses to feedback provide accurate indicators of their resilience and adaptability, traits that are predictive of long-term job success. Feedback Culture Promotion: Research by LinkedIn indicates that 92% of job seekers say that receiving feedback in interviews significantly improves their overall perception of the company, fostering a positive brand image that attracts top talent. Strategic Impact: By embedding feedback into your hiring process, not only do you enhance the candidate experience, you also lay the groundwork for a feedback-rich culture in your organisation. This openness to continual improvement drives better business results across the board. How has feedback during interviews changed your hiring results? Teams can’t keep the integration environment stable and are asking for a dev environment before integration & production… That’s like saying, “We can’t keep the kitchen clean, so let’s build a second one and hope for less mess.” Classic case of multiplying complexity to avoid addressing root problems. 🔧 Reality check: * Adding environments and branching policies (like long-lived branches) increase cognitive load, create bottlenecks, and delay feedback loops. * Continuous Integration is about behaviour, not tools. You build small, integrate often, test fast, and recover quickly. If you can’t keep one environment clean, adding more won’t magically fix discipline issues. What's next: an environment per feature + long-lived feature branches? 😂 That’s the slow train to merge hell. You're not enabling parallel development, you're fostering parallel universes. And when they collide? Chaos. ✅ Better approach: * Trunk-based development. * Short-lived branches. * Feature toggles. * Invest in fast CI pipelines and “stop-the-line” culture. * One environment, one truth. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮: 𝗳𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄. So, adding environments isn’t the solution. Want stability? Tackle integration daily, not quarterly. Keep it tight, keep it flowing. #Simplification #CICD #TBDForTheWin

It often feels like 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 has become a bragging right for a technology organization. 🤷♂️ “We can deploy 13,593 times a day.” “A developer can deploy to production on their first day at work.” “Our pets can deploy to production.” 🐶🚀 Even more often, I encounter organizations that don’t understand the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 behind being able to deploy continuously. Few organizations truly need continuous deployment capabilities purely from a time-to-market perspective. So why is it so crucial? Because integrating and deploying every small change 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽. 🔄 We talk about 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. Empowered to deliver outcomes. But in an environment of uncertainty, we don’t know for sure whether a certain product development will deliver the expected outcome. So we need to 𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁. 🔍🔁 This is where the 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽 is crucial. Without continuous deployment, it might take weeks to inspect and adapt. We end up working from assumptions, requiring more planning and specification. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 are cool. 😎 But without the ability to 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀… To make a decision and gauge its outcome… To see if it creates the experience and behavior we hypothesized… It’s 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿. 🎭 On the other hand, if you can continuously deploy but 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀, that’s also theater. And what if you’re designing razors? Molecules? Laundry care formulas? Craft beer? 🍻🧪 The intent is still the same – 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀. 🔄 You want genuine feedback on your latest decision as quickly as possible. So you 3D print the latest increment of the benefit bar for your razor, formulate a trial run of the beer/laundry care formula, and get it in front of customers—not to make money, but to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱. 🔬💡 Here’s the thing: Like any other practice – it’s all about the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. Why is it worthwhile doing this? Understanding the intent helps us 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁. This is especially useful when using a practice like continuous deployment outside of its usual context. #ContinuousDeployment #FeedbackLoops #ProductTeams

In IT recruiting, I’ve seen this more times than I can count. A hiring manager says: ❌ “The candidate rate is too high.” ❌ “We already have this profile from different vendor.” ❌ “No feedback. or Sudden New Update” ❌ “We’ll keep the resume for different role .” Many recruiters stop there. They see the rejection… and move on. But the real opportunity? It’s beneath the surface. Instead of negotiating blindly or just “checking back later,” change the approach: ✔ Ask what skill gaps the current team is struggling with ✔ Understand the business impact of the role staying open ✔ Identify what the current vendor isn’t delivering ✔ Reframe the conversation from rate to ROI (time-to-fill, quality, retention, project delay cost) Now let’s talk about the other side — candidate challenges. Because sometimes the issue isn’t budget. It’s market reality. In today’s IT hiring market: ❌ Niche tech stacks have a limited talent pool ❌ Strong candidates have 3–4 offers in hand ❌ Candidates reject onsite/hybrid roles ❌ Visa constraints shrink the available pool ❌ Long interview cycles cause offer drop-offs ❌ Unrealistic rate vs. skill expectations create mismatch If we don’t address these realities upfront, we waste weeks sourcing profiles that won’t convert. So instead of just “finding candidates,” shift the conversation: ✔ Calibrate must-have vs. good-to-have skills ✔ Align budget with market rates ✔ Shorten interview turnaround ✔ Sell the opportunity, not just screen resumes ✔ Position the role competitively against other offers Same goal: closing the position. Different approach: solving the hiring challenge on both sides. In IT recruiting, the real value isn’t in sending 10 resumes. It’s in aligning business expectations with market reality. Dig deeper. That’s where the real placements happen. 🚀 #ITRecruiting #TechRecruiter #TalentAcquisition #StaffingLife #HiringChallenges #RecruitmentStrategy

What if AI's biggest win in recruiting isn't speed but developing the humans you DON'T hire? I had the opportunity to work with Capgemini on a case study that may just change how you think about AI in talent acquisition. They hire up to 90,000 people annually. They replaced technical interviews with AI-powered conversational assessments powered by MakiPeople. And yes, they cut time-to-hire from weeks to under 10 days. But here's what actually matters: The candidates they REJECTED loved the experience. 95% satisfaction. 94% improved brand perception. 96% completion rates. Why? Because AI gave every candidate - hired or not - personalized, specific, real-time feedback on their strengths and skill gaps. The recruiting process stopped being a black box and started being a development opportunity. This is what our 4 E Framework of AI Impact looks like in action: Efficiency → Several weeks to 10-day hiring cycles Experience → Candidates got personalized, branded assessments that felt human, not robotic Effectiveness → Better hiring decisions AND recruiters focusing on high-value work instead of screening  Employee Productivity → Freed recruiters became strategic advisors, not administrative processors; better performance of every new hire because they fit the job better As one candidate put it: "The detailed feedback was really useful to see which skills I could improve for future missions in Capgemini." Here's my question for you: If AI in talent acquisition can develop EVERY candidate who touches your organization - not just the ones you hire - what does that mean for your talent pipeline, your employer brand, and the broader labor market? Are we measuring the right things - or is it time to think beyond efficiency? Would love to hear your perspectives. #TalentAcquisition #AIinHR #FutureOfRecruiting #CandidateExperience #TalentDensity Josh Bersin Stella Ioannidou Maxime Legardez Coquin Emmanuel Legros ♠ Capgemini Jihane Baciocchini Sebastian Paez

𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗹𝘀...  𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Too often, we treat UI animation as decoration. Pretty. Polished. Optional. But when used intentionally, it becomes a design language of its own. Problem: Static interfaces force users to guess what’s happening. Agitate: No visual feedback. No direction. Just confusion. Solution: Motion guides attention, creates flow, and builds trust. Think about it: – A button ripple tells users, “Yes, I heard you.” – A smooth transition says, “You’re still in control.” – A loading animation reassures, “Hang tight—it’s working.” Well-designed animation bridges the gap between design and emotion. It turns cold UI into warm experience. And when done right, users feel clarity before they even think it. Question: What’s your favorite example of motion improving user experience?

Have you noticed? Notion’s AI icon doesn’t just sit there—it animates based on what the AI is doing: ✍️ Writing 💭 Thinking ✅ Checking Why does this matter? Visual Feedback 🖍️: Users know the AI is working, reducing uncertainty. User Delight 🎉: Tiny animations add life to the experience and keep it engaging. Emotional Connection 🤝: A playful, thoughtful touch can make AI interactions feel more human. Micro-animations like these may seem small, but they create moments of delight and improve usability. They build trust by visually showing progress, especially when AI tasks take time. Small detail, big impact.
