Mobile racking systems are a strong example of that. They help maximize warehouse capacity and improve space utilization, which is critical in our industry. For a 3PL, they also create flexibility to adapt the operation according to each customer’s profile and inventory flow. In this video, we can see our operation in Peru, where we use a combination of mobile racks and fixed racks. This mixed setup allows us to be cost-efficient while also supporting faster-moving operations.
