Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/rimadjamaa/Cabinet-Medical-Laravel.git

Navigate to the project directory:
cd Cabinet-Medical-Laravel -
Install the dependencies using Composer:
composer install

Create a copy of the .env.example file and rename it to .env. Update the necessary environment variables such as database configuration.
cp .env.example .env

Generate an application key:
php artisan key:generate

Run the database migrations and seed the database with sample data:
php artisan migrate --seed

Start the development server:
php artisan serve

Access the application in your web browser at http://localhost:8000.
