How do I find Meta Horizon+ in my Meta Horizon App or headset?
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Meta Horizon App on your phone and the Meta Horizon Store in your headset.
I am under the age restriction of 13 (or 14 in South Korea, Spain, or Quebec, Canada), is there a way for me to purchase Meta Horizon+?
If you have a parent or guardian account set up, they will be able to subscribe to Meta Horizon+ and share the titles with you through
App Sharing.
All parental controls will also be in effect.
Can I use my subscription across multiple accounts?
You may share access to redeemed titles across multiple accounts via
App Sharing.

How do I redeem my new Meta Horizon+ titles every month?
On the Internet:
Visit the Meta Horizon+ page, log in and redeem the available titles.
In Your Headset:
Go into the Store and look for the Horizon+ icon on the top. This will take you to the Meta Horizon+ page. In the Monthly games section, you can see which apps are available and redeem them.
In the Meta Horizon app:
From the home screen tap on the Store icon in the upper left corner. Then tap on the Horizon+ icon where you will find the Meta Horizon+ page. In the Monthly games section, you can see which apps are available and redeem them.
I already have one of this month’s titles in my library. Will I receive a different title?
Meta Horizon+ was designed to make it valuable for a broad number of subscribers. Some subscribers may own one of the titles in a specific month of the program. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you stick around to see what comes next.
What if I forget to redeem my titles?
Unfortunately, titles must be redeemed within the month they are offered. Meta Horizon+ will send you notifications throughout the month to remind you to get your titles. The good news is each month will bring two new titles for you to try, regardless of when you visit the Meta Horizon+ page.
What happens if I unsubscribe or resubscribe?
Once you are no longer a paying Meta Horizon+ subscriber, you will lose access to all previously redeemed Meta Horizon+ titles and not be able to redeem any more titles. When you resubscribe, you will regain access to all previously redeemed Meta Horizon+ titles and the titles that are currently available for as long as you are a subscriber. Do I have to be a Meta Horizon+ subscriber to be able to play multiplayer games?
Meta believes in the social experience of games and will continue to include multiplayer experiences as a part of the ecosystem at no charge to users.
Will Meta Horizon+ game catalog games change every month?
The majority of the game catalog will remain consistent month over month but each month one or more titles may leave or be added in order to keep content fresh.

What do I get with the XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition)?
The starter edition of XBOX Game Pass is included with Meta Horizon+ and gives you access to 50+ games, like DayZ, Fallout 4, and Grounded. You also get 10 hours of cloud gaming each month and can earn Rewards with XBOX.
Who is eligible to receive an XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition) subscription through Meta Horizon+?
To be eligible, you need an active Meta Horizon+ subscription and you can't be an existing XBOX Game Pass subscriber. XBOX Game Pass through Meta Horizon+ is only available in supported regions.
How can I play games with XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition)?
You get 10 hours per calendar month of cloud gaming across Quest, XBOX console, PC, and other supported devices. Or you can download and play games across XBOX console, PC, and supported handhelds. If you have an XBOX console, you can also use Remote Play in the XBOX app to play on your Meta Quest with no time limit.
How do I activate XBOX Game Pass through Meta Horizon+?
Visit the Meta Horizon+ page on the Horizon Store from your desktop, mobile device, or in your headset. Look for the XBOX banner, select redeem, then complete linking your Microsoft account. Once you're linked, you can start playing right away.
