All products sold via meta.com (the “Site”) in India are being sold by Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd. ("Savex"), 124, Maker Chambers 3, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021. Savex is an authorized Meta reseller and is independently responsible for pricing, the acceptance of your order, the processing and collection of your payment information, and the shipment of any products you purchase.

The Site is otherwise operated by Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (“Meta”).

Errors: Neither Meta nor Savex undertakes that the information on the Site is correct or accurate at all times. In the event that information regarding a product is found to be incorrect due to any reason whatsoever, Savex shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product(s). If your credit card has already been charged for a cancelled order, Savex shall issue a refund of the transaction in accordance with applicable laws.

Limited Shipping Territory: Products purchased through the Site will only be shipped to addresses located within India.

Third-Party Products: Your use of any third-party product purchased on the Site is subject to the applicable policies, agreements, and terms and conditions offered by such third-party manufacturer or supplier, including any license, warranty, indemnity and support terms. Meta does not otherwise support or make any warranties about third-party products that you purchase from the Site. Any warranty, damages or indemnity claims against us in relation to such third-party products are expressly excluded.
