Introduce yourself

Hi everyone, my name is Jair, I'm here because I want to learn and connect with people all around the world, I'm from Mexico and I'm starting university in just one week.
I have some simple and little scripts in Bash and Python, everything personal to organize my computer and my Gmail. They aren't the best scripts, but they work. I want to share it here, but I'm still figuring out how. I'm going to keep working on them and improving them, so wish me luck.
By the way, I love C, it's pretty fun to use it, but I haven't done anything there, yet.

Where are you in your GitHub journey?

Brand new to GitHub

And where are you going next on GitHub?

I'm trying to understand how this site works and all its possibilities, that's my next step here. Also I'm working on a personal project in an old laptop with Arch Linux, I'm figuring out how to get information from my computer, where is everything about mouse-pad, the screen, how I can make a Graphic Interface all on my own, nothing professional, just for fun.

What technical skills or projects are you working on?

I'm learning the programming basics, data structures, API's, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to pick a specific language (like Python, C, Rust or Go) and focus entirely on it. Because my goal is to land a job before finishing college and I want to do it in the right way.
