Fetch, cache, load, and view electron density maps #947

The validation files are provided from PDBe, in ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/pdb/validation_reports/.

We need to establish a 1ry mechanism to fetch and cache them as we do with atomfiles.
Then to load them into Jmol when needed.
