Use lambda-packages during builds

Thought you might be interested in incorporating [lambda-packages](https://github.com/Miserlou/lambda-packages) that we use with [Zappa](https://github.com/Miserlou/Zappa) as part of your library's build process. You can see how we do it automatically swap out lambda-compatible dependencies.
